This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Cloud Day Spa LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
a. Service Fees
Refunds for services are generally not provided once the service has been rendered. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
b. Products
Refunds for retail products are available within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@clouddayspa.com within the specified refund period. Include your name, contact details, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
4. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days depending on your Bank's processing period. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
6. Special Circumstances
In cases of service disruption, unforeseen circumstances, or other situations beyond your control, we may consider exceptions to this Refund Policy.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our Refund Policy, please contact us at info@clouddayspa.com, this is the only email Cloud Day Spa has available for the public. Do not respond to/or accept any imposter emails trying to pretend to impersonate/ be apart of Cloud Day Spa.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.
