SPA ETIQUETTE

๐ŸŒฟ Spa Etiquette at Cloud Day Spa

At Cloud Day Spa, we are devoted to offering a serene and elevated experience for every guest. To help maintain the peaceful energy of our private suite and ensure high-quality care for all clients, please review the following etiquette before your visit:

๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Quiet Voices, Please

Our spa suite is a place of deep relaxation and healing. Kindly keep voices low to respect the peaceful atmosphere for yourself and other guests.

โฐ Arrive 15 Minutes Early

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete your client intake form and unwind before your service. This helps us start your session on time and ensures you receive your full treatment.

๐Ÿšซ Strong Odors Disrupt the Experience

Due to the intimate size of our private spa suite, please do not arrive smelling of marijuana, cigarettes, or other strong scents. These odors can linger and disrupt the environment for following clients.

๐Ÿ’„ Avoid Heavy Makeup

We kindly ask that you do not arrive wearing heavy makeup, especially products like red lipstick or full-coverage foundation, as these can stain our white towels and linens. Tinted sunscreens and minimal makeup are perfectly acceptable โ€” we just ask for consideration of our spa materials.

๐Ÿ’ป Online Booking Only

To streamline your experience, all appointments must be booked online. We no longer book appointments by phone unless you are redeeming a gift card.
However, feel free to call us for any questions about services, skincare, availability, or hours โ€” weโ€™re happy to assist.

โŒ No-Show Policy

Clients who miss an appointment without notice or communication will receive an automatic ban from booking future services. Life happens โ€” just let us know in advance if you need to reschedule.

Thank you for honoring the energy and intention behind Cloud Day Spa. These simple courtesies help us provide the luxurious, peaceful experience you deserve.

We canโ€™t wait to welcome you. โœจ
